A4 Film Repair Light Table
This light table is mainly used for repair film , like incomplete film- missing black or excess burrs in screen printing, bronzing, pad printing.
Features:
1.The light table adopt LCD backlight technology, and use bright energy saving LED (light emitting diode) as light source, the light uniformity and brightness can be comparable with lcd .
2.Led green light source can effectively avoid dazzling & protect vision, eyes don’t have any fatigue even after a long time of use .
3.There is three light intensity setting & touch button, can adjust light according to needs.
4.Safe wide voltage input design, not only can be directly connected to computer USB interface, but also can directly used 110V or 220V alternating current. Power consumption is only 2.8W.
Use method:
1.Put the plug, adjust the light intensity according to the need;
2.Put the film on the light table & check;
3.The pattern should be all black, for the part with bright & transparent point, we can use oil black pen or ink to repair . and for the burrs on the edge of black pattern, we can use knife and scraped them off.
